Equipment Overview
1. Copper bar punching and bending machine is an automated metal processing equipment designed specifically for industries such as power equipment, electrical manufacturing, and new energy. It is mainly used for punching, cutting, and bending copper bars, and is suitable for the production of conductive components in products such as transformers and distribution cabinets.
2. The feeding system adopts servo and screw clamping with a feedingaccuracy of ± 0.1mm, supporting automatic feeding of materials with a length of 0.5-6m, a width of 10-40mm,10-100mm or 10-200mm and a thickness of 2-10mm. The clamping mechanism adopts pneumatic bidirectional centering clamping to ensure smooth feeding.
3. The punching system adopts a 15T,30T 50T gas-liquid booster cylinder, which improves the punching speed. By using multiple punch heads to automatically switch molds, four ,eight types of punch heads can be automatically switched without stopping the machine, greatly improving the compatibility of the equipment.
4. The bending system adopts a multi axis linkage mechanical structure, with a bending range of ± 90 °, which can be automatically changed according to the work order.
