The Automatic FIPFG PU Foam Gasket Making Machine is designed for automated production of seamless polyurethane foam gaskets directly on workpieces. The system combines precise material dosing, automatic mixing and CNC-controlled dispensing to form continuous sealing gaskets according to programmed patterns.
The machine supports 2-component polyurethane, silicone and other liquid materials with similar properties, and can process both 2D and 3D gasket patterns. Gasket width can be customized from 5 to 30 mm, making the system suitable for different sealing requirements.
