CSD Auto’s robotic grinding and deburring workstation is designed for automated surface grinding, mold-line deburring, edge treatment and polishing of aluminum die casting parts. By combining robotic handling, dedicated tooling, abrasive belt grinding and spindle-based finishing, the system helps manufacturers improve process consistency, reduce repetitive manual work and create a more organized finishing operation.

process flow
1.Part Loading:The operator loads the aluminum die casting parts into the positioning or fixture tray.
2.Robotic Pick-Up:The robot identifies or retrieves the workpiece from the fixture tray and transfers it to the processing position.
3.Surface Grinding and Polishing:The abrasive belt machine performs large-surface grinding and polishing according to the programmed processing path.
4.Mold-Line Deburring:The radial floating electric spindle supports deburring along mold lines and other selected areas.
5.Edge Treatment and Finishing:The rigid spindle can be equipped with a milling cutter, wire brush or other suitable tool for edge treatment and finishing.
6.Workpiece Flipping:For parts requiring two-sided processing, the robot places the workpiece on the flipping transfer table, changes the gripping position and continues the second-side operation.
7.Finished-Part Unloading:After processing, the robot transfers the finished part to the designated unloading or collection position.
